What will be my billing cycle?

We believe that bills should be once-a-month affair. You will receive an invoice every 30 days starting from the commencement date of the project, based on the modules completed in your project.

What are your payment terms?

Our payment terms are simple- Personal Website require a full payment at the beginning of the website building process, while all other Plans require 50% advance payment at signup and the remaining 50% before going live. For custom web design projects (websites built on custom quotes and not as per listed plans), we follow a 60:40 policy, 60% on signup and remaining 40% before go-live. We follow a pay-as-you-go policy for all monthly subscription based plans. It means there’s no contract or minimum period obligation. We’ll be at your service, as long as you are full happy and satisfied!

What are your Web Development Plans?

For subscription based Plans, can I unsubscribe anytime?

Sure, all our subscription based plans and add-ons are pay-as-you-go and without any contract. It means you can cancel at any time by simply letting us know before the monthly renewal date. However, we wish you’d stay back and reap the benefits for a longer time!

Can I change plans in between?

Yes, at the completion of a monthly cycle you can shift to another monthly plan. However, you need to inform us at least 5 days in advance for us to make changes.

Do I need to pay for email service, after the first year?

The Email service offered under the web development plan is provided by Zoho. It comes with a 5GB mailbox at no additional cost. You can continue to use this email service as long as Zoho agrees to host it for you.
